Date omitted

Due to an editing error, the date of Breakfast with Santa at River Park Square in the IN Life Kid’s Corner calendar was omitted. The event is Saturday. Call Ronald McDonald House at 624-0500 for more information.

Sponsor incorrect

Because of incorrect information supplied to the newspaper, the breakfast sponsor for the Spokane Valley Rotary Club’s Breakfast with Santa in the IN Life section on Nov. 21 was incorrect. Breakfast for Saturday’s event will be provided by Snyder’s Bakery.

Not a bus rider

Due to a reporting error, Spokane Transit Authority driver Jeff Thrower was incorrectly identified as a bus rider in a Monday story.

Claim information wrong

A Monday story about auto theft should have reported that insurers paid $338 billion in claims last year for all personal property losses. The insurance industry does not calculate a figure for losses related specifically to car thefts.

Lottery numbers wrong

The numbers for Wednesday’s drawing of the Washington lottery were incorrect in Thursday’s paper. The correct numbers are 11-13-22-34-38-41.
