Candidate interviews to be televised

The Spokesman-Review’s editorial board endorsement interview with the candidates for the U.S. House 5th District will be shown on TVW, Washington state’s public affairs network, this Thursday and Friday. The board interviewed Cathy McMorris, Republican, and Don Barbieri, Democrat, on Monday for two hours. The tentative times are Thursday, 9:30 p.m., and Friday at 5:30 a.m. and again at 1:30 p.m. Spokane-area cable subscribers can find TVW on Channel 5. For more information, go to www.tvw.org.
