Public hearing on annexation - The Boundary Review Board will host a public hearing on Liberty Lake’s proposed annexation of 643 acres located between the boundaries of Liberty Lake and Spokane Valley; 7 p.m., Liberty Lake Sewer and Water District office, 22510 E. Mission. 477-4237.
