Web site charging fee

Starting today, readers of The Spokesman-Review online, www.spokesmanreview.com, must pay $7 a month to gain full access to each day’s stories and photographs.

Subscribers to the paper’s print edition will not have to pay the fee to maintain access to the site.

Some Internet content remains free to everyone. This includes breaking news, the online election guide, birth and obituary notices, classified ads, prep sports schedules and scores, Web logs, multimedia features and all stories that appear in 7, the paper’s weekly entertainment guide.
