The ARC of Spokane – The ARCs Community Center needs volunteers who are comfortable around people with developmental disabilities to work as craft aides, companions, dance chaperons, variety show helpers, and as guest speakers. Volunteers are also needed as in-house companions to help with music/dancing, crafts, sing-alongs, reading, taking walks and other one-on-one activities. SpokAnimal CARE – Volunteers are needed to help with off-site adoptions, kennel care, cat cage sanitation, and foster care for shelter animals in your home. For more information, contact Laura at 534-8133.

Washington State-Division of Children and Family Service – Drivers are needed to aid in casework with children. Must provide own car with basic insurance and pass clearance. Equipment and reimbursement for mileage provided. For information, contact Morton at 363-3552.
