Business/Technical

City of Spokane Design Review Committee – open to the public, meets the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the council briefing room, basement level of City Hall. Gavelier Toastmasters – Meets every Tuesday at 6:30 a.m. at the Red Lion River Inn, 700 N. Division. Call 747-1335.

Spokane Area Council of the International Reading Association – For teachers, librarians, principals, parents and people interested in promoting the literacy of children.
