Noon meals
Monday – Salisbury steak with gravy, baked potato, Scandinavian vegetables, corn, wheat bread, oatmeal cookie.
Tuesday – Baked ham with raisin sauce, scalloped potatoes, winter-blend vegetables, raisin bread, cherry cobbler.
Wednesday – Spaghetti with meat sauce, tossed green salad with dressing, Italian-blend vegetables, breadstick, baked apple sliced.
Thursday – Roast turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans almondine, dinner roll, apricots.
Friday – Pasta florentine with cheese, Oregon-blend vegetables, rye bread, Mandarin oranges.
