For the week of April 18-24

Noon meals

Monday – Breaded veal cutlet with mushroom sauce, roasted red potatoes, zucchini and tomatoes, wheat bread, fruited gelatin.

Tuesday – Hungarian goulash, peas, carrots, breadstick, Mandarin oranges.

Wednesday – Chicken wild rice casserole, California-blend vegetables, rye bread, cinnamon-raisin applesauce.

Thursday – Pork roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, Oriental vegetables, dinner roll, angel food cake with berries

Friday – Turkey ala king over biscuit, squash, green and yellow wax beans, peaches.
