Fund-raisers planned for Liberty Lake library

A book sale and spring tea are planned to raise money for Liberty Lake Municipal Library.

Classics and best sellers will be on sale this weekend at the Denny Ashlock Building, 22510 E. Mission Ave.

The sale will be Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m.

On May 7, a spring tea and auction will be held at Guardian Angel Homes, 23102 E. Mission Ave.

The tea will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Tables of eight will be hosted by volunteers who provide the linen, centerpieces and china. Tickets are $15 and must be prepurchased.

The event also will include an auction.
