Somebody needs you

The goal of Somebody Needs You is to match donors with the specific requests of needy Spokane residents.

The list of requests is coordinated by the Volunteers of America in cooperation with recognized social service agencies in Spokane.

If you have an item to donate, please contact the social service agency directly. Donors who can deliver items are especially appreciated.

• Low-income family of four needs dressers. Contact Kathleen at Central Valley School District Even Start Program, 228-4292.

• Low-income family of five needs a baby crib and sleeper sofa. Contact Kathleen at Central Valley School District Even Start Program, 228-4292.

• Low-income family of six needs full-size mattress with box spring. Contact Kira at ECEAP, 228-4541.

• Low-income single mom with two boys needs a stroller, coffee table and end tables. Contact Jenele at TLC, 325-4198.

• Homeless 13-year-old needs pants sizes 14-16 and shirts sizes L-XL. Contact Kim at YWCA, 326-1190, ext 117.
