Volunteer

Caritas Center – Volunteers are needed to drive elderly and disabled to shopping and medical appointments, help with housekeeping, yard work, minor home repairs, and provide companionship. For information, call 326-2249.

Catholic Charities House of Charity – Volunteers are needed to work at the front desk, answer phones, assist with gear, and storage and laundry. Drivers are also needed to pick up donated items. For information, call Geri at 624-7821 or e-mail gcomstock@dioceseofspokane.org.

Inland Northwest American Red Cross – Training programs are available and volunteer instructors are needed. Programs available include nursing, care-giving, data entry and customer service. For information, call Kristine at 326-3330, ext. 207, or e-mail rugglesk@spokaneredcross.org.

St. Vincent de Paul of Spokane – Volunteers are needed to be members of the fund-raising and special events committee and advise the organization.
