Peach-Strawberry Pudding Snacks

1 (4-serving) package Jell-O sugar-free strawberry gelatin

1- 1/2 cups boiling water

3/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt

1 cup (2 medium) peeled and diced fresh peaches

In a medium bowl, combine dry gelatin and boiling water. Add yogurt. Mix well using a wire whisk. Evenly divide diced peaches into 4 dessert dishes. Spoon gelatin mixture evenly over peaches. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Makes 4 servings.
