Papier-Mache Animal Contest – Kids are invited to enter papier-mache animals into the Spokane County Interstate Fair’s second annual contest held during the fair, Sept. 9-18, at the Spokane County Fair and Expo Center, 404 N Havana St. Labeled creations can be dropped off at area Les Schwab Tire Centers until Sept. 7.
