Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Jeremy K. Franks – 21, Post Falls, probation violation/burglary (two counts), grand theft, $90,000 bond.

David M. Giovanelli Jr. – 26, Post Falls, attempted strangulation, felony domestic battery, no bond.

Steven E. Hemming – 19, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation/possession of methamphetamine, $60,000 bond.

Ryan L. Patterson – 24, Greenacres, Wash., possession of methamphetamine, grand theft, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, $51,000 bond.

Jerome T. Treece – 23, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation/burglary (two counts), forgery, $60,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Demetrius D. Bell – 19, Tensed, failure to appear/minor in possession, two days in jail.

Garry O. Cromer – 41, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/resisting arrest, $20,000 bond.

Justin C. Davidhizar – 20, Post Falls, failure to appear/inattentive driving, $10,000 bond.

Stacy L. Dudley – 34, Post Falls, driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Ernest E. Greenlee – 38, Post Falls, probation violation/domestic battery, $50,000 bond.

Michael D. Heston – 26, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/indecent exposure, $15,000 bond.

Jon E. Lincoln – 38, Priest River, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $10,000 bond.

Eric A. Payne – 47, Hayden, domestic battery, $2,000 bond.

Christina L. Schwald – 32, Post Falls, failure to appear/petty theft, $2,000 bond.

Douglas A. Sheaman – 24, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, $5,000 bond.

Kenneth R. Smith – 31, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

Robin L. Trombley – 26, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

Emily S. Weske – 25, Kingston, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $2,000 bond.

Macklyn C. Wilson – 20, Coeur d’Alene, driving while suspended (two counts), $1,500 bond.
