Big change unveiled for Voice

From staff reports

We’ve doubled the size of the Saturday Valley Voice.

A regular-size newspaper section replaces the smaller tabloid Valley Voice starting today. And new content has been added, beginning with the debut of “Picture Perfect,” a community scrapbook of photos submitted by readers like you.

Our popular Tributes feature honoring Spokane Valley residents who’ve recently passed away also has been added to Saturday’s lineup. By moving Tributes to Saturday, we will have more room for the family photographs that are so important in telling a person’s life story. Thursday’s Valley Voice will remain tabloid size.

We believe our efforts to expand the Saturday Voice have paid off with a product that tells the story of Spokane Valley more graphically and opens the door to more community generated content. We hope you’ll agree.
