Monday – Salisbury steak with gravy, scalloped potatoes, beets, dinner roll, peaches.
Tuesday – Chicken pot pie with vegetables over biscuit, spinach, baked apple slices, majestic square.
Wednesday – Spaghetti with meat sauce, chef’s tossed salad with dressing, Italian-blend vegetables, garlic breadstick, fruit cocktail.
Thursday – Riblets, three-bean salad, carrots, wheat bread, tropical fruit salad.
Friday – Cornflake chicken, roasted red potatoes, baked beans, dinner roll, plums.
