Monday – Meatloaf with gravy, au gratin potatoes, tomatoes and zucchini, dinner roll, spiced pears.
Tuesday – Beef tips with peppers over rice pilaf, winter-blend vegetables, breadstick, plums.
Wednesday – Chicken fettuccine Alfredo, Capri-blend vegetables, carrots, seasonal fruit cup, wheat bread, lemon cake.
Thursday – Lasagna, Oregon-blend vegetables, squash, garlic breadstick, peaches.
Friday – Roast turkey with gravy, sage stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans almandine, cranberry sauce, dinner roll, pumpkin custard.
