BeneFax didn’t overcharge city

Due to a reporter’s error, a story Tuesday incorrectly reported that BeneFax of Spokane had overcharged the city of Spokane for administrative fees in a police pension health care plan. Costs were higher in 2005 due in part to three large claims, but costs for previous years were not out of line.
