Don’t know your way around town? The Magellan RoadMate 300 does. Designed to work in any car, the portable navigation system features a color touch screen with turn-by-turn text and voice-guided directions. The system includes built-in maps of major roads and highways, a backlit keypad, an integrated Global Positioning System (GPS) antenna, 110 megabytes of internal memory for map data and a slot for a Secure Digital (SD) memory card. You can download specific routes from a PC to the device, store 600 addresses in its memory and search its database for restaurants, hotels, gas stations and other locales. It ships with a windshield mount, a cigarette lighter adapter, an AC adapter and a Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable.
