Tuesday – Beef stroganoff with rice, carrots, peas, dinner roll, Mandarin oranges
Wednesday – Chicken cacciatore, Italian-blend vegetables, chef’s tossed salad with dressing, garlic breadstick, pound cake with strawberries.
Thursday – Baked ham with raisin sauce, sweet potatoes, country-trio vegetables, wheat bread, pineapple tidbits.
Friday – Macaroni and cheese, spinach, California-blend vegetables, fruit cocktail, raisin bread, chocolate cake.
