NEW FACES

The North Wall office of Windermere Real Estate has hired Kirstin Miller as a sales associate. Miller worked previously as a real estate agent at Exit Real Estate.

Melissa Wells has been hired as an agent at Century 21 Beutler and Associates. She previously worked at Charles Schwab & Co.

Century 21 Beutler and Associates has hired Jim Fox as an agent. Fox is a graduate of the University of Idaho and earned a Ph.D. in molecular virology from Purdue University. He previously worked as project leader in a respiratory viral disease unit of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Nicholas Kovarik has been hired as an associate at the law office of Dunn & Black. Kovarik graduated summa cum laude from the Gonzaga University School of Law and will focus his practice on construction law, condemnation and business litigation.

Coldwell Banker Northwest Group has hired Shawn Gunn. Gunn previously worked as Mutual of Omaha.

Debbie Dear has been hired as an agent at Century 21 Beutler and Associates. Dear has a background in business and marketing.

Century 21 Beutler and Associates has hired Lorraine Landwehr as a licensed assistant.

Annie Mote has been hired at Century 21 Beutler and Associates as an agent. Mote has resided in Coeur d’Alene for over 30 years.

Ray Brown has been hired as director of development at Riverview Retirement Community. Brown has over 37 years of estate and gift planning experience and worked for the Deaconess Medical Center Foundation.

PROMOTED

The Spokane law office of Preston Gates & Ellis has promoted Todd Reuter to the chairman of the litigation group. He has been with the firm since 1995.

Kelli Anderson of AmericanWest Bank has been promoted to commercial loan officer. Anderson has been with the bank since April, 2004 and has over 17 years of experience in both private and commercial banking.

Carolyn Morrill, a doctor of veterinary medicine, has been certified as a diplomate by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners. Morrill specializes in canine and feline practice and works at Peone Pines Veterinary Hospital.
