For the week of Jan. 3-7

Noon meals

Monday – Riblets, baked potato with sour cream, winter-blend vegetables, dinner roll, chocolate cake.

Tuesday – Sweet and sour chicken over rice, peas, carrots, bread stick, cherry crisp.

Wednesday – Beef stew, Oregon-blend vegetables, apricots, cornbread, butterscotch pudding.

Thursday – Lasagna, chef’s tossed salad with dressing, fiesta-blend vegetables, wheat bread, bread pudding.

Friday – Roast beef with gravy, scalloped potatoes, chuck wagon-blend vegetables, rye bread, lemon bar.
