U.S. Bank Home Mortgage has hired Darren McNannay as regional manager in Spokane, North Idaho and the surrounding areas. McNannay has 10 years of retail management experience and more than six years of mortgage lending experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Washington State University.

Justin Hancock has been hired as a CAD designer in the structural engineering division of DCI Engineers. He holds an associate’s degree in computer-aided design from ITT Technical Institute.

The Spokane campus of the University of Phoenix has hired Heidi Duty as a business development specialist. Duty holds a master’s degree in international management from Whitworth College and spent six years in the high-tech manufacturing industry.

John Rogers has been hired as the local dedicated account executive for Countrywide Full Spectrum Lending. Rogers has been involved in the mortgage lending field for more than 10 years and has been involved in the Association of Professional Mortgage Women, Spokane Mortgage Lenders and has served on the board of directors of the Eastern Washington chapter of the Washington Association of Mortgage Brokers.
