Comments sought about Liberty Lake parks

Liberty Lake is holding the first of four interactive forums to determine what residents want in their city parks, tonight.

Local landscape designer Michael Terrell was contracted by the city to gather input about the community’s recreational preferences and needs.

Citizen comments will be compiled into a report that helps city planners and parks officials make decisions about developing trails, parks, green spaces and recreational services.

Three of the four meetings have been scheduled. In addition to tonight’s meeting, workshops will be held on Feb. 10 and March 10. Workshops begin at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 22710 E. Country Vista Drive.
