FHA mortgage limits increased

The FHA mortgage limits have increased, according to U.S. Housing and Urban Development Field Office Director Arlene Patton, in Spokane.

The new limits throughout Eastern Washington counties are: single-unit homes, $172,632; duplexes, $200,992; triplexes, $267,120; and fourplexes, $331,968.
