Noon meals

Monday – Beef stroganoff with rice, Capri-blend vegetables, apricots, wheat bread, yellow cake.

Tuesday – Chicken with wild rice casserole, mixed vegetables, peaches, breadstick, blueberry crisp.

Wednesday – Pork roast with gravy, au gratin potatoes, winter-blend vegetables, biscuit, Hawaiian salad.

Thursday – Swedish meatballs with gravy over pasta, spinach, squash, rye bread, tapioca pudding.

Friday – Chicken-fried steak with gravy, cheesy potatoes, corn, dinner roll, fruited gelatin.
