Real Life offers diet program

Real Life Ministries, 1866 N. Cecil, in Post Falls, is once again offering the PRISM Weight Loss Program.

PRISM is more than a diet; it calls for a complete lifestyle change. The program is built on biblical principles and addresses the whole person; body, mind and spirit. The principles presented are designed to provide you with the best possible opportunity to complete your weight-loss.

The program will help you overcome your food addictions and leave previous diet failures in the past. Successful participants will be on hand to share their testimonials.

PRISM is offered Monday at 10 a.m. or 6:30 p.m., or Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.

Senior social

Community United Methodist Church, 1470 W. Hanley Ave., holds its monthly senior social Tuesday at noon at the church. A hot lunch will be served, followed by a program that could include music, travel information or comedy.

A fellowship time after the program is a chance to visit with old friends and meet new ones. Anyone in the community is invited to attend. For more information, or if you need transportation to the church, call 765-8800.
