Monday – Chicken patty with mushroom gravy, roasted red potatoes, Scandinavian vegetables, wheat bread, plums

Tuesday – Macaroni and cheese, fiesta-blend vegetables, Capri-blend vegetables, bread stick, cherry cobbler

Wednesday – Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, dinner roll, pears

Thursday – Veal cutlet with sour cream sauce, Oregon-blend vegetables, whipped squash, peaches, rye bread

Friday – Hamburger on bun, lettuce, tomato, coleslaw, carrot and raisin salad, tropical fruit salad
