FHA update seminar scheduled

An FHA Update Seminar – 2005 will be presented at Mukogawa Fort Wright Institute to be presented by HUD’s Santa Ana Homeownership Center and the Office of Native American Programs on July 14.

Attendees will hear what’s new at HUD, Home Equity Mortgages, insuring issues for homeowners, the Energy Efficiency Mortgage, along with an FHA Mortgage Credit Update that covers FHA TOTAL scorecard Updates and Benefits, Post Endorsement Technical Review Procedures, a review of the Mortgage Credit 4’Cs., plus the Indian Loan Guarantee – Section 184 program.

Event hosts are the Spokane Mortgage Lenders Association, National Association of Professional Mortgage Women-Spokane and the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).

Early registration before July 1 is $45 for members and $50 for non-members. Late registration is $55. Lunch and training materials are included. Targeted attendees are FAA Underwriters, Processors, Post-Closer, Loan Officers, and other FHA professionals.
