FHA update seminar July 14

The FHA Update Seminar-2005 will be presented July 14 at Mukogawa Fort Wright Institute to be presented by HUD’s Santa Ana Homeownership Center and the Office of Native American Programs.

Attendees will hear all about what’s new at HUD, home equity mortgages, insuring issues for homeowners, the energy efficiency mortgage, along with an FHA mortgage credit update that covers FHA TOTAL scorecard updates and benefits, post-endorsement technical review procedures, a review of the Mortgage Credit “4 Cs,” plus the Indian Loan Guarantee — Section 184 program.

Hosts for the event are the Spokane Mortgage Lenders Association, National Association of Professional Mortgage Women-Spokane, and the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).

Early registration before July 1, is $45 for members of the Spokane Mortgage Lenders Association and $50 for nonmembers. Late registration is $55. The fee includes training materials and lunch.

Targeted attendees are FHA underwriters, processors, post-closers, loan officers, and other FHA professionals.
