• “I do a lot of baking in the cooler months, but during the summer I do a lot of freezing. For hot-weather treats, I make frozen bananas. They are a snap. Take a banana, peel it and cut it in thirds. Dip it in a glass of water to which you’ve added the juice of half a lemon.
