RECYCLING CENTERS

What are they: The Recycling Centers take only household/residential products and don’t accept materials from commercial or business enterprises. Reusable products are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers must fill out a release form for items taken.
Where are they:
• Valley Recycling/Transfer Station, 3941 N. Sullivan Road.
•North County Recycling/Transfer Station, 22123 Elk-Chattaroy Road.
•Waste-To-Energy Facility & Recycling Center, 2900 S. Geiger Blvd.
When are they open: Recycling Center hours are 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily with extended hours April 1-Sept. 30 as follows: Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays all three sites are open until 7 p.m.; Thursdays the Valley site ONLY is open until 7 p.m.
