Somebody needs you

Somebody Needs You aims to match donors with needy Spokane residents.

The list of requests is coordinated by the Volunteers of America in cooperation with social service agencies in Spokane.

If you have an item to donate, please contact the agency listed below. Donors who can deliver items are especially appreciated.

• Single mom with three children needs queen bed, twin beds, linens, towels, rugs, small appliances, dining table and coffee table. Contact Kim at YWCA, 326-1190, ext. 117.

• Single mom with two children needs pots and pans, kitchenware and table with chairs. Contact Belle at American Indian Community Center, 535-0886.

• Low-income family needs car seats for 2-year-old and newborn. Contact Belle at American Indian Community Center, 535-0886.

• St Margaret’s Shelter requests toiletry gift packs, make-up gift packs and kitchen gift packs for homeless women. Contact Pam at St. Margaret’s, 624-9788.
