Charity dinner next Thursday
Thu., March 10, 2005
Wearing green isn’t required at the third annual St. Patrick’s Day charity dinner, but it might be a good way to get in the spirit.
The dinner is planned for next Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m. at Longhorn Barbecue, 2315 N. Argonne Road. There will be live entertainment as guests dine on a barbecue buffet that also will include salmon and corned beef.
The event will benefit the Evergreen Club and the West Valley Kiwanis. The Evergreen Club is a day-treatment clinic for the mentally ill. The cost of the evening is $15.
Call the restaurant at 924-9600 for more information.
