Mercury sign Snell

PHOENIX — The Phoenix Mercury on Thursday signed guard-forward Belinda Snell, a member of Australia’s 2004 Olympic team and a player in the Australian women’s pro league.
Snell led Australia’s WNBL in scoring (20.3 ppg) during the recently completed season and was third in assists (4.0 per game).
