Friends of Ferals to meet today

A group calling themselves the Friends of Ferals plans to host an informational meeting today on feral cats.

The meeting will be from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Main Valley Library, 12004 E. Main Ave. Anyone interested in helping feral cats is welcome to attend.

Organizers plan to present information on the trap/neuter/return program, low-cost spay and neuter programs and how to spot health problems among feral cats. There also will be discussions on taming feral cats and maintaining feral cat colonies.
