Monday – Beef stroganoff with pasta, carrots, Scandinavian vegetables, wheat bread, tropical fruit cup.
Tuesday – Turkey divan with rice, California-blend vegetables, Mandarin oranges, breadstick, chocolate pudding.
Wednesday – Roast beef with gravy, roasted red potatoes, green beans, dinner roll, peach cobbler.
Thursday – Chicken-vegetable pot pie over biscuit, winter-blend vegetables, pineapple tidbits.
Friday – Baked potato with meatless chili and cheese, green beans almondine, rye bread, cherry crisp.
