Anti-disincorporation group to meet

A group of citizens plans to meet Wednesday to fight the disincorporation effort.

Ed Mertens, a leader of the incorporation effort, is organizing the event.

The group will gather at 7 p.m. at the Valley library branch, 12004 E. Main Ave.
