Brad Pitt bought a house in Malibu, that posh colony down on the Pacific Ocean just outside L.A. He will certainly rattle around in three bedrooms and four baths, unless he’s planning on someone joining him.

The manse sits on three acres approached by a long, gated drive, with a swimming pool, tennis court, gorgeous views and stairs leading down to a secluded beach.

You’ll be seeing Brad and Angelina Jolie in “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” onscreen come June.

•Ray Liotta’s next is “Comeback Season,” the story of a married man who, after cheating on his wife, moves next door with a friend as they both try to win back the women they love. Sounds a little way out. We’ll wait and see.

•And George Clooney and Cate Blanchette! Now there’s a duo. The two box-office bombshells will co-star in “The Good German.”
