For the week of May 9-13

Monday – Salisbury steak with gravy over pasta, spinach, whipped squash, breadstick, spiced pears.

Tuesday – Macaroni and cheese, Capri-blend vegetables, green beans, raisin bread, cherry cobbler.

Wednesday – Pork roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, dinner roll, cinnamon-raisin applesauce.

Thursday – Turkey-broccoli divan, white rice, California-blend vegetables, wheat bread, fruit cocktail.

Friday – Riblets, cauliflower, zucchini and tomatoes, cornbread, blueberry crisp.
