Yes, ”Will and Grace” will be back

Evelyn Green King Features Syndicate

Q: On “Will and Grace,” is it true that next season — if the show comes back — Will and Grace (Eric McCormack and Debra Messing) will finally have the baby they talked about a couple of seasons back? — Eve L.

A: The series will be back. As for the baby storyline, when it was first aired, fans were largely supportive. So, it may be that it will be revived next year. However, there is no official word from the show that it is even being considered.

Q: My wife and I are disagree on the identification of the prosecutor on “Law & Order,” who is (billed) as Sam Waterston. There is a spokesman on the commercial for TD Waterhouse that my wife says is the same person (Sam Waterston). I say he is not … even though they look alike. (The actor) on “Law & Order” parts his hair on the left side, and the man in the commercial parts his on the right side. Would you clear up this confusion for us and save my marriage? — Jack & Betty McA. Sr.

A: Give your perceptive bride a congratulatory kiss for winning this one, Jack: The two men are the same, that is to say, Sam Waterston.

Q: Is it true that the liberal Ron Reagan and the conservative Monica Crowley, the hosts of MSNBC’s “Connected Coast to Coast,” are such political opposites that they never speak off-screen? — Ben H.

Q: Is Ron Reagan married to Monica Crowley, and are they MSNBC’s version of James Carville and Mary Matalin? — Deborah G.

A: To Ben: On the contrary, Reagan and Crowley are good friends and despite the fact that she’s based on the East Coast and he’s on the West Coast, they do speak to each other off-camera.

To Deborah: Ron Reagan has been happily married to psychologist Doria Palmieri since 1980.

Q: Is it true that Jennifer Aniston came close to having a nervous breakdown when she learned about her husband, Brad Pitt, and Angelina Jolie’s “relationship”? And how does Jolie — who is always talking about how people should be kinder to each other — explain being with another woman’s husband? — Gina K.

A: Despite tabloid stories about Anniston’s depressed moods and outbursts of weepiness over her failed marriage, people close to her insist she has not had, or come close to a nervous breakdown.

As for Jolie, her representatives insist their relationship is strictly on a friendship basis.
