For the week of May 23-27

Monday – Lemon baked fish with tartar sauce, au gratin potatoes, winter-blend vegetables, corn, wheat bread, brownie.

Tuesday – Chicken wild rice casserole, green bean almondine, California-blend vegetables, dinner roll, peaches.

Wednesday – Hamburger patty on a bun with lettuce, tomato, cheese and mayonnaise, pineapple slaw, three-bean salad, blushing pears.

Thursday – Baked ham with pineapple sauce, sweet potatoes, country trio vegetables, wheat bread, apple crisp.

Friday – Oven fried chicken, O’Brien potatoes, candied beets, dinner roll, apricots.
