Customers of Avista Electric and City of Cheney Electric can replace energy-hogging appliances with new, energy efficient models for just $200.

The program is open to people of all incomes who meet requirements based on the energy consumption of their old refrigerators.

Spokane Neighborhood Action Programs will help people determine if they qualify.

The price includes delivery and installation and removal of the old refrigerator.
