Fast facts: At stake is a berth in the State 4A Final Four at Sunset Chev Stadium in Sumner. … Both the Bears and Bulldogs finished second in their respective leagues, but won district championships to earn top state seeds. …CV led the GSL for most of the season before losing late to Ferris and Mead. But the Bears beat Mt. Spokane for the district title and Wenatchee to reach the state quarterfinals for the first time. Jay Vela leads in scoring with 19 goals. Josh Antles scored seven. Jesse Dunbar has 13 assists. … Last year, Pasco reached the quarterfinals, losing 2-1 to Lewis and Clark. The Bulldogs average just 1.5 goals per game, but have given up only eight goals. Keeper Jason Schadler has recorded seven shutouts and never allowed more than one goal in a match, including last week’s 2-1 win over Mt. Spokane. Rocky Snyder and Julio Morales lead the team in both goals and assists.
