After nine years, Guardian’s Insurance telecommuting program, launched in Spokane in 1996, is among the largest in the state.

After nine years in operation, the Guardian program is seen as the largest and best example of successful telecommuting in Eastern Washington.

Guardian’s program, which has become a model for the insurance company’s other locations, has succeed in large part because it offers plenty of flexibility along with well-defined production targets for home workers.
