Rachel Moore finished with 14 kills and 11 blocks as Coeur d’Alene rallied to knock off Lewiston 19-25, 25-19, 18-25, 25-17, 15-6 in Inland Empire League volleyball action Saturday at Lewiston.

The Bengals (2-8 in league) led 2-1 in games before the Vikings (5-4) rallied to win the fourth game. In the fifth, CdA’s Katie Rossner served nine consecutive points to lead CdA to the win.

Girls soccer

Ali Houghton scored twice in the first half as Lake City shut out Lewiston 3-0 in Inland Empire League action at Lewiston. Houghton scored in the 20th and 23rd minutes as Lake City (6-5-2, 2-4-1) held the Bengals (3-7-2, 0-7-1) to just one shot on goal. … In other IEL action, Tori Smith had two goals and an assist and Ali Betts added a goal and two assists as Sandpoint (7-4-4, 6-1-2) routed Post Falls (4-8-1, 2-7-0) 7-0 at Sandpoint. Kaela Wohlschlager added a pair of assists for the Bulldogs.

Sara Kerby had two of Bonners Ferry’s three second-half goals as the Badgers (3-6-1, 3-0-1) beat St. Maries (3-8-1, 2-2) in Intermountain League play at St. Maries.

Boys soccer

Brandon Eddy had a hat trick as Sandpoint (10-1-2, 7-0-2) cruised past Post Falls (6-5, 3-5) 7-0 in IEL action at Post Falls.

Miguel Mendez scored twice as Bonners Ferry (9-2-1, 4-0) posted a 4-1 win over St. Maries (4-8-1, 2-2) in IML action at St. Maries.
