Final day for the Fall Festival of Homes!
If you are in the market for a new home, we encourage you to tour the 18 magnificent new homes that are open for touring during the Fall Festival of Homes.
Today is the last day of the event, and the homes are open from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Admission is free! If you received the Friday, Oct. 14 issue of The Spokesman-Review, the full color show guide was inside your newspaper, or you can log on to www.shba.com and print out a map and directions to each home.
You’re sure to enjoy the diversity of designs, the innovative construction technology, and the craftsmanship and creativity offered by a number of Spokane’s premier homebuilders.
Now is such a great time to shop for a new home, with interest rates still very favorable, and such a diverse array of homes to choose from. Many of these beautiful homes also will be featuring the latest in home furnishings and décor, courtesy of some of our region’s most renowned furnishers and interior designers. What a perfect opportunity, as well, to tour a number of our region’s premier neighborhoods.
Awaiting you are spacious great rooms, gourmet kitchens, stellar views, exercise rooms, towering ceilings, theatre rooms, formal and informal living rooms, and beautiful landscaping, just to name a few of the outstanding features!
