Monday – Chicken-wild rice casserole, mixed vegetables, wheat bread, baked apple slices.
Tuesday – Veal cutlet in sour-cream sauce over pasta, French-blend vegetable, zucchini, cornbread, tropical fruit cup.
Wednesday – Salisbury steak with gravy, scalloped potatoes, spinach, breadstick, fruit cocktail.
Thursday – Creamed chicken with peas and carrots over biscuits, apricots, winter-blend vegetables, chocolate pudding.
Friday – Lasagna, carrots, green beans almondine, garlic breadstick, pineapple tidbits.
