Free Halloween Party – SundayOct. 30, noon-4 p.m., in the street level Atrium Court at River Park Square. Includes face painting, pumpkin painting, balloon art, Halloween music, arts and crafts hosted by Mobius Kids, costume contest for children under the age of 10, and trick-or-treating at select stores. Middle School Choral Festival – Choirs from all Spokane public schools will gather for a day of music, Nov. 19 at Salk Middle School, 6411 N. Alberta. Music clinics begin at 9 a.m.; free concert concludes the day at 3 p.m. Contact Margo Dreis at 354-5576 for more information.
