Coeur d’Alene police

Virginia Balser reported Monday the $13,791 theft of cash when unauthorized transactions were made on a bank account at a local bank branch.

Benjamin Betts reported Tuesday the $18,510 theft of a 1997 Toyota pickup parked on the 400 block of Coeur d’Alene Avenue.

Kootenai County sheriff

Michael Wolf of Post Falls reported Wednesday the theft of $1,500 cash from his home on the 9800 block of North Idaho Road.

Arthur L. Capello of Coeur d’Alene reported Wednesday the $525 theft of miscellaneous power and hand tools from his home on the 1200 block of North Galena Drive.

Arthur J. Gasper, 33, of Coeur d’Alene; driving under the influence; $1,000 fine ($500 suspended), 90 days in jail (85 days suspended) or eight hours county work program, 90 days driver’s license suspension, two years probation.
